Our Quest cohort 4 journey has begun!

The application for our 2024 Quest cohort program closed at the end of April and we are so pleased to announce that we will be working with seven teams from across the province to improve their organizational processes. Over the next 6 or 12 months, they’ll be coached through an improvement project by the Knowledge Institute QI staff, learn from each other’s experiences and deepen their knowledge of QI, all while advancing the continuous quality improvement (CQI) culture within their organizations. We just held our Quest quick-off event this week with the participating agencies and we could feel a lot of excitement and eagerness to get to work.

What is Quest?

Through our Quest cohort program participants receive a range of supports including tailored, team-based QI coaching and Lean Six Sigma training.
